The Municipal Contracts and Tenders course is designed to assist Senior Administrative Officers and other senior managers in managing and implementing contracts at the municipal level. Topics covered include: contracting framework, policy and regulations, the tendering process, the proposal process, contract law, contract administration, risk management and ethics.
The course will be taught by Art Durkee, former Sr. Advisor, and Manager of Quality Assurance for Procurement for Public Works & Services, and Procurement Shared Services, GNWT.
