First Aid that covers material in Standard First Aid and CPR, plus special material on techniques for wilderness and remote areas. The course also offers strategies for providing extended care for up to 24hours. Part of the course is instructed in an outdoor setting and requires greater physical activity and endurance than a typical first aid training course. The course is instructed to the standard Canadian Red Cross Wilderness and Remote First Aid Program.
