In this 5 day program, students will receive compulsory/core training in the following; introduction to heavy equipment operation, introduction to the knowledge and use of heavy equipment, introduction to equipment systems and preventative maintenance procedures. This course also includes up to 6 hours of practical training on each of four pieces of heavy equipment (crawler dozer, motor grader, front-end loader, track or rubber tired excavator).
