Arena Operator Level I - 2024

Arena Operator Level 1 is a hands-on course during which, you will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in ice surface management. You will start by learning how to properly prepare the floor for ice installation, including techniques for floor sealing using fine sprays before painting, ensuring durability and quality.

You will learn the art of measuring the ice surface, enabling you to accurately install lines, circles, creases, hash marks, restraining lines, and logos using the appropriate equipment. Lastly, you will explore the vital aspects of ice maintenance post-installation, learning the necessary techniques and requirements to uphold the ice's integrity and longevity.

Additionally, you will acquire a basic understanding of the fundamental operations of both ammonia and fluorocarbon refrigeration plants, essential for maintaining optimal ice conditions.
