This intensive course covers advanced instruction in refrigeration theory, ice plant operations, maintenance and troubleshooting, facility operations, and safety. Participants must bring a highlighter and calculator. Successful candidates will receive the Arena Operator Level 2 Certificate. (Prerequisite: Arena Operator Level 1)
